We have worked with Mel in a volunteer capacity including her generous delivery of Biome Long Lunch for 123 guests in 2023. Mel not only coordinated the seamless delivery of the lunch she also trained 10 teenagers on the day to deliver a three-course roving lunch in an outdoor location. Mel provided an exceptional experience for guests and coordinated the food and smooth delivery of service by the team of inexperienced teenagers.
We have had the pleasure or working with Mel Hamilton on a number of occasions, most recently for the launch of our Mirus Single Block range, working with chefs Clare Falzon and Sandor Palmai, delivering an outdoor degustation menu including a five-course meal and 8 wines over 2 days with 40 guests per day. Mel was instrumental in the coordination and flow of the day and worked and delivered clear direction to her staff (our teenage children) to deliver a seamless event.
Mel's keen eye for detail, creative flair, and ability to anticipate and address challenges make her an expert in organising seamless events. We could not recommend highly enough for her positive influence on our children and her knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
